You might be amazed at the number of items passengers lose on the bus. Books, phones, bikes, and umbrellas are commonly found by your Beeline bus operator.

lost & foundTo inquire about a lost item, please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • the date you traveled
  • the approximate time of your trip
  • bus number or route
  • a description of your item

We will search the lost and found for your item and call you back to let you know if it was turned in. If your call is immediate, often times we can arrange to have you meet the bus to collect your item.

Glendale Beeline dispatch staff is available from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The Customer Service Center is closed on federal holidays when Beeline does not operate service.
