Glendale Beeline customer service staff is available from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Fridays. The Customer Service Center is closed on federal holidays when Beeline does not operate service.

The Beeline administrative offices are located at the Beeline Maintenance Facility (BMF). The BMF is served by Beeline Routes 1, 4, 8, 11, and 12 and Metro Lines 92, 94, and 603. The Transit Office is staffed from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Fridays. The administrative offices are closed on federal holidays when Beeline does not operate service.
